Placing an order

If you are a new customer and would like to order online, click on My Account on the top of our site to set up an account with us under the New Customer Registration section. The feature will guide you through entering your shipping and payment preferences.

To select items for purchase, click on the product image and click "Add To Basket". To select more items, click "Continue". You may view your selections at any time by clicking on the Shopping Basket on the upper corner of the site. If you would like remove an item from your Shopping Basket, click "Remove". You can update your order by clicking "Update". To complete your order, click "Checkout".

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card. We now accept PayPal.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of placing an order. We're sorry, but orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement due to processing and shipping constraints.

DDskincare ships all standard domestic orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground.

Additional charges for U.S. shipments

Alaska -- UPS 2nd Day Air: $23.95.

Hawaii -- UPS 2nd day Air: $25.95

Guam -- UPS Worldwide Express: $73.95.

Puerto Rico -- UPS 2nd Day Air: $19.95

U.S. Virgin Islands -- UPS Worldwide Express : $59.95

The above rates do not include any duties, taxes and any additional charges assessed by customs. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

International and Non-Continental USA shipments will require an additional charge.
Customer will be responsible for any customs fee, tariffs, or duties, if required.

Delivery restrictions

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Delivery is available only for street addresses within the United States.
